Sizes are unisex, and run truer to a women's tee shirt/sweatshirt size. For a traditional comfy tee shirt/sweatshirt fit, it is recommended to order your regular size. For a more form fitting look, size down one. And for the really large oversized look, you may size up one.
Tees are made to order, and turnaround time is 10-14 days. You may choose upgraded shipping, but that only applies to your shipping. The time to produce the tee is still 7-14 days. No returns on custom items.
